Press and hold the 'Ventilation Source' button for 15 seconds then release

1. Press and hold ‘SELECT’ & ‘+’ buttons. You will hear 2 short beeps 2. Hold both buttons for at least 15 seconds until you hear two short beeps. This resets the programme for this time next year.

If the ‘FILTER’ sign does not stop flashing or you have the Moisture Master Heat Exchange System you will need to do the following:

1. Press and hold ‘MENU’ & ‘-‘ buttons. You will hear two short beeps.

2. Continue holding both buttons for at least 15 seconds until you hear two short beeps. This resets the programme for this time next year

Step 1: Ensure fan is switched off

Step 2: Turn the back half of the filter cassette anti clockwise and remove

Step 3: Remove old filter and replace with new one

Step 4: Line up the locating lugs with the slots on the back half of the cassette Step

5: Turn the back half clockwise until the two halves lock together

If for any reason the item is does not fit,is damaged or we have supplied an incorrect item we will offer a replacement at no extra charge or full refund including the shipping costs, at our discretion.We may ask that the filter be returned to us for examination or resale but will pay the return shipping costs.If a customer has ordered an incorrect item or reconsidered their purchase we will refund the cost of the filter less any shipping cost upon the receipt of the item in a saleable condition
